Grapes come from two separate plots 24-52 years old. One This village appellation wine is a result of blending equal parts of two parcels: Les Seuvrées (on border of Morey-Saint-Denis and directly above Grand Cru Mazoyeres du Charmes)and Charreaux.
Hints of fresh dark berries and bramble with restrained earthy qualities. Juicy dark boysenberry and medium weight with abundant underlying tension.
Firm, ripe tannins and a well-balanced, lingering finish.
