Nuits-Saint-Georges: we immediately think of a red wine. Indeed, Nuits-Saint-Georges white are rare. Soils reserved for Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc are limited to particular geological areas.

Traditionally, Côte de Nuits winemakers used white pinots.  citrus-inflected nose that combines notes of white orchard fruit that are trimmed in discreet wood nuances.

There is much better volume, richness and mid-palate density to the medium-bodied flavors that display good length on the refreshing, moderately dry and ever-so-slightly warm finale.
