ABOUT US

1. How do I contact you?
- We can be contacted via email at info@mongwines.com and Whatsapp at 8908-7579. Our friendly admin will be in touch with you for any clarification that you may have.

2. What are your operating hours?
- We are opened from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Saturday from 10am to 1pm. We are closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.

3. Do you charged GST?
- Good news! We are not a GST registered company, all prices reflected are nett.

4. Where are your wines stored?
- All our wines are stored in 3rdparty warehouse, with temperature controlled storing area.

DELIVERY

1. How long does your delivery take?
i) All deliveries take between 2 to 4 working days to be delivered.

2. Do you charge for deliveries?
i) Orders above $100 are entitled to free delivery. All orders below $100 are subjected to a $10 delivery charge.
ii) An additional $10 for re-arrangement of delivery will be imposed if the intended delivery is revised on the same day of delivery and/or upon a failed delivery.
iii) Additional surcharge of $5 applies for deliveries to Jurong Island and Sentosa.

3. Can I change the delivery date?
i) Yes, we accept change of delivery date at least 1 working day in advanced prior to the delivery date. Otherwise, an additional $10 for re-delivery arrangement will be imposed at customer cost.

4. Can I arrange same day delivery or arrange self pick-up?
i) Unfortunately, we partnered up with 3rdparty logistics. Thus we are unable to support same day delivery. We do not provide self pick-up arrangement for your orders as well.

1. What are your payment modes?
- We accept the following payment method:
             A. Credit/Debit Card Via PAYPAL
             B. Paynow @ UEN 53429276C
             C. Internet Bank Transfer (OCBC Corporate Banking)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. How do I return corked wines?
- All corked wines are subjected to evaluation by our wine team to determine the quality of wine. Once confirmed, a 1 to 1 bot exchange will be extended. Please contact info@mongwines.com or whatsapp us at 8908-7579 with your bottle image and we will arrange for the collection of the suspected corked bottle.

2. Can I request for a return for my order?
- As wines are versatile products, we do not accept any returns unless corked, stained labels or broken capsules upon delivery.

3. Can I cancel my order?
- Yes, you can! Kindly contact us via email at info@mongwines.com or Whatsapp us at 8908-7579. For amendments due to wrong orders made, you may contact us directly too and we will make the necessary changes for your orders. For any short or over payment, we accept or will arrange PayNow for the funds differences.

1. Do you provide bulk purchases for corporate, wedding and/or private events?

- Yes we do! Contact us and let us know your requirements and we will source for the best candidates for you. We also provide multiple locations should you be arranging for gifting to your customers. Terms and conditions apply.
