Les Aussy is a generous Premier Cru vineyard, Moderate wood sets off fresh, ripe and spicy aromas of red currant, violet and a whisper of rose petal.
The sleek, detailed and pure middle weight flavors possess very good energy and a subtle minerality that becomes progressively more prominent as the lingering finish sits on the palate. This is lovely and understated.
