The name Les Damodes translates as “little ladies” possibly referring to female druids. Located on the north side of the village at 984 feet. Aromas of Dark cherry and violets enveloped in anise, earth and sandalwood.
Rich and dense with brooding flavors and a velvety mouthfeel. Palate-coating, powerful and intense with an austere finish. Will benefit from additional cellaring.
