JEAN MARC BOILLOT POMMARD 1ER CRU LES JAROLLIÈRES 2020

Jean-Marc Boillot was one of the younger generation in Burgundy who was determined to improve his family’s wines. He became the winemaker for Olivier Leflaive for the next four years and at the same time produced wines from 5-acres of vineyards, bottled under his own label.   

Deep in taste with a rich succession of fruity and spicy notes. Powerful, ample, and fleshy with mouth-coating tannins. A persistent oak finish. All in all, a beautiful expression of the terroir.
