Thomas Morey belongs to the tenth generation of this Chassagne family. He grew up familiar with his grand-parents’ holding and then worked for 12 years on that of his parents. Then, in 2006, he decided to set up his own Domaine together with his wife Sylvie.
Les Castets is one of the best vineyards in Saint Aubin, lying to the west of Chassagne-Montrachet. Richly textured and sumptuous, with fine, elegant minerality. Aromas of ripe apples, honeysuckle and toasty spices
