JEAN MARC BOILLOT VOLNAY 1ER CRU LE RONCERET 2020

Jean-Marc Boillot was one of the younger generation in Burgundy who was determined to improve his family’s wines. He became the winemaker for Olivier Leflaive for the next four years and at the same time produced wines from 5-acres of vineyards, bottled under his own label. 

This Volnay 1er Cru is deep, smooth and dense and has a remarkable structure for a wine of the commune: the talented Jean-Marc Boillot produces a superbly fruity wine.
